Weekend Fit Camp 6 weeks-12 sessions
Saturday and Sunday Mornings 7am-8am
Fit camp is Fun Intense Group Training women only. Fit Camp is training that will challenge you, experiences includes and indoor/outdoor fitness programs for all different fitness levels. Programs that incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility/stretching, sand workouts, destination workouts, nutritional tips and more
Personal training is with a max. of 4 people $35 a session (sessions last 45min-1hr) with a minimum of 2 sessions a week and a minimum of 4 weeks. Personal Training is an indoor/outdoor training that will challenge you, experiences include sand workouts, tire workouts, plyo, cardio, battle ropes, strength training, weighting training and much more. You will receive a customized workout plan, constant motivation, accountability, and positive reinforcement in a Fun, Clean, and Safe environment
Online Training $50 a week minimum of 4 weeks. Online Training can be done from anywhere in the world. Online training experiences includes a customized workout plan and meal plan designed according to your goals, workouts that will challenge you, video demo of exercises if needed, constant motivation, accountability, and positive reinforcement
Meal Plans include a customized menu and recipes based on your specific goals. All plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks.
