SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Our overall goal is to process your order within 24-48 hours of it being placed. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding National Public Holidays.
For shipping within the United States and International, all items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS provides a tracking numbers so that it may be tracked online. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
RETURN POLICY
L.G. FITNESS4LIFE does not issue refunds or exchanges on equipment unless the item is defective. We will then exchange out for a new item. Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date in exchange for new product.
No refunds on apparel, exchanges only! All sale items are final sales.
All tags must still be attached and item must be in its original condition. Items must be unworn, free of any damages, unwashed, odor free and free of makeup stains.
Item must be returned at customer's expense unless it was an error per L.G. FITNESS4LIFE. Item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. You must obtain proof of postage just incase your item is lost on it's way back to us.
Failure to do so may results in us not being able to process your exchange. Please be aware that items are your responsibility until they are returned to L.G. FITNESS4LIFE.
DO KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO CREDIT YOU, IF YOU RETURN ITEMS TO US OUTSIDE OF THE GUIDELINES OF OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
