Personal training is with a max. of 4 people $55 a session (sessions last 45min-1hr) with a minimum of 2 sessions a week and a minimum of 4 weeks.
Personal Training is an indoor/outdoor training that will challenge you, experiences include sand workouts, tire workouts, plyo, cardio, battle ropes, strength training, weighting training and much more.
You will receive a customized workout plan, constant motivation, accountability, and positive reinforcement in a Fun, Clean, and Safe environment.
You will also receive FREE Weekend Fit Camp either in person or via Zoom depending on availability.
